Information about the statutory conformity guarantee and manufacturer warranties on tyres purchased from mytyre.eu.
1. Statutory conformity guarantee
Goods sold to consumers in Estonia are covered by a statutory 2-year conformity guarantee. If a tyre has a defect that already existed at the time of delivery, we are liable to repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund it, as provided by law.
2. Manufacturer warranty
Some tyre manufacturers also offer their own warranty, separate from and in addition to your statutory rights. Manufacturer warranty terms and claim processes are set by the manufacturer, not by us; contact us and we will help direct your claim.
3. What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear from driving
- Damage caused by road hazards, accidents, punctures or misuse
- Damage from incorrect storage, mounting, balancing or inflation pressure
- Tyres used outside their intended vehicle class or load/speed rating
4. How to make a warranty claim
Email info@mytyre.eu with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the tyre. We will get back to you with next steps, which may include an inspection.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits or excludes your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under Estonian or EU law.
