Information about delivery areas, costs and timing for orders placed on mytyre.eu.
1. Delivery area
We currently deliver within Estonia only. If you need delivery outside Estonia, please contact us at info@mytyre.eu before placing your order.
2. Delivery methods
At checkout you can choose either courier delivery to an address of your choice, or pickup.
3. Delivery cost
Courier delivery costs a flat €4.90 per order. Delivery is free for orders with a total value of €100 or more (VAT included). Pickup is always free.
4. Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time depends on real-time stock at our suppliers and is shown on each product page before you order. If the estimated delivery time changes after your order is confirmed, we will contact you.
5. Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed. If you have an account, you can also view your order status under My Account.
6. Risk of loss
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the goods are delivered to you or to a carrier or pickup point you have chosen, in accordance with our Terms of Sale.
